# Why Is the 300% Cap Important?

1. **Sustainability and Economic Traction:**
   * The 300% cap incentivizes constant reentries into the system, creating cycles of liquidity and token recycling.
   * This structure protects TRUMP from inflationary pressures and promotes a balanced market.
2. P**ractical Example:**
   * If a user earns 140% passive reward and also reaches 160% in commissions, they will complete the 300% cap.
   * After reaching the cap, the user will need to reenter the program to continue receiving commissions or passive rewards.
3. **Fairness and Opportunity:**
   * Participants who share the program are encouraged to engage, but can only earn commissions while remaining active.
   * If the cap is reached without new contributions, the user will stop earning until they make a new entry.
